Bodidharma (Ta Mo in Chinese/To Su Lat Ma in Vietnamese) was the legendary monk who walked from Northern India to the Shaolin temple in China. He is credited with integrating the breathing techniques of Yoga with the animal forms of Kung Fu, thus advancing the martial arts many fold in only a few years. This unique figure is carved from Huong, a dense hardwood indigenous to Central Vietnam. The figure is approximately 11" tall. Buyer pays shipping and handling (UPS ground) charges of $20.00.
